Milk Oolong stands as a distinguished member of the Oolong tea family, a category celebrated for its balance between the brightness of green teas and the depth of black teas. Crafted from specially rolled Oolong tea leaves cultivated in the heart of Taiwan, Milk Oolong embodies the classic sophistication of Oolong tradition, with a natural creamy taste reminiscent of milk. Preparation:It is recommended to steep 1 teaspoon of tea in 250 ml of water at a temperature of 85°C for 3-5 minutes. Brewing Oolong tea centers around water temperature, which crucially influences its flavor. Unlike black or herbal teas, Oolong prefers gentler treatment, with water around 85°C, not boiling, for about 4 minutes. However, water quality is equally vital. Choose pure drinking water over tap water to prevent chlorine from interfering with the taste, ensuring the Oolong’s flavor shines through. The tea leaves are good for a second brewing, offering an additional round of enjoyment.
