Preparation:It is recommended to steep 1 teaspoon of tea in 250 ml of water at a temperature of 85°C for 3-5 minutes. Unlike black or herbal teas, Oolong prefers gentler treatment, with water around 85°C, not boiling, for about 4 minutes. However, water quality is equally vital. Choose pure drinking water over tap water to prevent chlorine from interfering with the taste, ensuring the Oolong’s flavor shines through. The tea leaves are good for a second brewing, offering an additional round of enjoyment.
